Scott Lauer led a team of 20 consulting firms to design and build libraries in 25 elementary schools. The libraries are located in underserved communities throughout New York City. Lauer oversaw design and construction, built and managed relationships with 25 school administrations, and worked closely with city agencies to manage the budget and schedule. SL&A continues to advise Robin Hood on its capital project portfolio.
